Our Mission

Dr. Ayesha Gilani founded the Zakat & Donation Fund at Gilani Pain Relief Center with one simple belief — no patient should suffer from pain just because they cannot afford treatment.

Through the generous donations and Zakat of our community, we provide free physiotherapy sessions to underprivileged patients from Mian Channu and surrounding areas including stroke patients, disabled children and elderly patients with no income.

Children with cerebral palsy, gait problems and developmental conditions from low-income families

Dr. Ayesha Gilani assesses the patient's medical condition and financial need to determine eligibility

Free Treatment

Eligible patients receive full physiotherapy treatment completely free of charge funded by donations and Zakat
